Balimba Law, PLLC is built on a simple, cornerstone principle: our clients should leave our offices in a better space, legally, than when they came in. To accomplish that, our first job is to listen; really listen, to our clients. We believe that to offer sage council we need to truly understand our clients' needs, combine that with our legal expertise and experience, and deliver the best strategic path to success, whatever success may be for each client.
A THRIVING CAREER
A mechanical engineer by training and profession, Ashu changed his career path and went to law school. Graduating from Texas A&M Law School, Ashu's legal career has given him experience in various parts of the law. Using his background in engineering, Ashu worked as a patent litigator with Fish & Richardson, P.C. Ashu also has experience as a white collar defense litigator with Haynes & Boone, LLP. Having spent years as a prosecutor, Ashu is also familiar with Criminal Law and has extensive trial experience. He used that experience to get into criminal defense, successfully resolving his clients' issues.
